Earned Value Management
• Develop Contractor EVM Systems (EVMS) and tools, support or lead reviews, e.g., Implementation and Validation Reviews, Surveillance Reviews, and IBRs
• Support the development and operation of Government In-house EVMS to generate earned value data in support of the OMB’s Performance Based Budget requirements
• Develop, document, maintain, and implement EVM processes, procedures and standard practices, EVM Guides, and workbooks
• Develop and maintain EVM training materials
• Work Breakdown Structure development and maintenance
